"Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée Mâcon-Chardonnay" :

Mâcon-Chardonnay "Réserve" (Black seal) :
Unwooded, deeply express white flowers aromas with a touch of citrus fruits and almond.
Best with fresh seafood, oysters or raw fish

Mâcon-Chardonnay "Classique" (Yellow seal) :
Very classical White Burgundy reflecting the "terroir" of the village of Chardonnay. The nose is very subtil and mineral.
Great with cooked fish, white meat (veal or pork) or with cheese (swiss or goat cheese).

Mâcon-Chardonnay "Vieilles Vignes" (Dark green seal) :
Wine made with grappes growing on the oldest vines of the estate (planted circo 1950). The wine is very rich with acacia flowers honey and exotic fruits tastes and aromas.
Delicious with smoked salmon, "foie gras" or blue cheese.
